My career is built on a strong foundation of technical leadership, system deployment, business intelligence, and operational governance. From Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems supporting emergency response operations to enterprise database administration and Power BI analytics, I have consistently delivered reliability, accuracy, and measurable results across complex, high-demand environments.

Throughout my career, I have maintained 99%+ system uptime for mission-critical platforms, architected comprehensive BI dashboards that transform operational data into executive insights, and ensured compliance with governance frameworks including POPIA and CSOS. My expertise spans system administration, database management (MS SQL, MySQL), technical documentation, process optimisation, and comprehensive user training programmes.

My early career in emergency services (SAPS, Sandton Fire Department) provided invaluable experience in high-pressure operational environments and shaped my ability to remain calm, structured, and decisive when systems and lives depend on split-second accuracy. This grounding continues to influence my approach to problem-solving, risk management, and operational discipline.

Recognising the evolving technology landscape, I have proactively expanded my expertise through recent certifications in AI Literacy, Data Science, Microsoft Power BI, and Project Management (2023–2026). This commitment to continuous learning enables me to bridge traditional IT operations with emerging technologies, positioning organisations for digital transformation and future growth.
